Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the FantasyGoalArena platform, including the website and related services (“Platform”).

By using the Platform (including account creation, team selection, and tournament participation), you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Only users aged 18 or older may use the Platform.

By accessing FantasyGoalArena, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

We may request age or identity verification when necessary. If a user is found to be under 18, we may restrict access, close the account, and delete related data as permitted by law.

To participate in tournaments, users must register an account and provide accurate information.

You are responsible for:

• keeping your login credentials secure
• all actions performed through your account
• notifying us of suspicious activity or unauthorized access
• keeping profile information up to date

It is prohibited to:

• transfer your account to third parties
• allow others to access your account
• create multiple accounts for one user unless explicitly permitted by tournament rules

FantasyGoalArena hosts fantasy football tournaments where users build teams from real players and earn points based on real match statistics.

General principles (unless otherwise stated in tournament-specific rules):

• lineups must be confirmed before the deadline
• changes after the deadline are generally not allowed
• points are awarded according to the published Scoring System
• results are calculated automatically using official statistics
• in force majeure situations (match rescheduling, cancellations, technical issues), we may adjust schedules, recalculate rounds, or cancel tournaments if necessary to ensure fairness

Users are prohibited from:

• using the Platform for illegal purposes
• violating applicable laws or regulations
• interfering with scoring systems, tournament results, or platform operations
• using bots, scripts, parsers, or automated access tools without permission
• engaging in fraud, manipulation, or collusion in private leagues
• impersonating others
• harassing or threatening other users
• attempting to access other users’ accounts or restricted areas
• distributing malware, phishing links, or harmful code
• copying or distributing Platform content without authorization

Violations may result in restricted functionality, temporary suspension, account freezing, or reporting to authorities as required by law.

All rights to the Platform’s design, texts, interface, code, databases, logos, and other materials belong to FantasyGoalArena or are used legally.

Without written permission, users may not:

• copy or distribute Platform materials
• use branding or trademarks
• reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass technical protections

Points calculation may rely on statistics from third-party providers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee completeness or timeliness of external data.

Links to third-party websites are accessed at the user’s own risk and governed by their respective terms.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or perfect accuracy of data.

To the extent permitted by law, FantasyGoalArena is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or reputational harm arising from use or inability to use the Platform.

If your actions result in claims against FantasyGoalArena (including from other users or rights holders), you agree to compensate reasonable losses and expenses, including legal fees, as permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• these Terms or tournament rules are violated
• there are signs of fraud, automation, or hacking attempts
• age requirements are not met
• required by law or authorities

After termination, access to tournaments and platform features ceases.

We may update these Terms at any time.

The updated version will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FantasyGoalArena operates.

Disputes should be resolved through good-faith negotiations when possible. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by a competent court unless otherwise required by law.

Tournaments may not be available in certain regions.

Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. We may restrict access based on geolocation when necessary.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and tournament rules (including the Scoring System), constitute the entire agreement between you and FantasyGoalArena.
